NEW // Stillness Meditation

Saturday mornings 10:30-11:45am beginning October 26, held at The Innate Connection, Croydon

Still your heart and mind in a warm, creative meditation space, deepening your own nature of inner calm and happiness.

This weekly class runs on Saturday morning’s 10:30-11:45am in Croydon from late October. Whether a beginner or advanced meditator, Stillness Meditation provides the depth of traditional meditation practices while being a container for your own free expression and self. The class will share mindfulness activities, personal reflection and a guided stillness meditation each week.

Restorative Meditation

Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:45pm, held at The Innate Connection, Croydon

A unique balance of guided meditation and restorative yoga that open the body and calm the mind, facilitating your transformation into deep connection and rest.

The class uses Melbourne made cushions, bolsters, and blankets, the body is supported in postures that soften and open. Combined with guided meditation, the mind is welcomed to slow down and become still.
