A balance of guided meditation and yogic postures that open the body and calm the mind, facilitating your transformation into deep connection and rest.
With just 4 places, the class will use meditation props including Melbourne made zabutons, zafus, and blankets, the body is supported in postures that soften and open. Combined with guided meditation, the mind is welcomed to slow down and become still.
